Questo particolarissimo SUMAKH A MEDAGLIONI, tre imponenti forme romboidali dal contorno a nodi si sviluppano in orizzontale
riempiendo il campo centrale. Il centro dei medaglioni è occupato da un ottagono, dal profilo frastagliato, che contiene a sua volta minuscole rosette e un motivo cruciforme. Tra i tanti motivi che decorano il campo centrale, da notare i minuti disegni a "S" iscritti nelle rosette agli angoli del tappeto. Rara la bordura bianca e il colore usato per le cornici dei medaglioni. Ottimo lo stato di conservazione.
In this particular "Medallions Soumak", three imposing rhomboid forms are developed in horizontal filling the central field. The center of the medallions is filled by an octagon, with the jagged profile, that contains inside small roses and a crossform pattern. Among the so many patterns that decorate the central field, to note the "S" insid the roses to the angles of the carpet. Rare the white border and the color used for the frames of the medallions. Excellent the state of conservation.
